I cannot explain how much of a bad idea it is for me to get on the computer and check my email or post a blog while my children are all awake and fully functioning. First of all, I cannot leave Macy in one place beacause she will definitely not be there 30 seconds later. She is such a busy-body, just like Mackenzie. Right now her favorite destination is the stairs (actually she is there right now...pause*pause*pause*...she will usually just sit at the bottom of the stairs but in the middle of this post - Mackenzie thought it would be a good idea to place her up on the first stair!) SEE!!!! Chase used to be so content wherever he was put...my girls, on the other hand, always have to be moving and exploring! I guess that is pretty reflective of most of the men and women that I know. Kip is content to sit on the couch all day and watch football (all day, every day). I get so stir-crazy though - On my days off, I will clean the house non-stop for 8 hours. I just cannot find it in me to stay in one place. The point of the story is that I had some reports to complete last week so I let Mackenzie and Chase play throughout the house - this is really not that uncommon...but here is an example of what happens. 
At a Winery you can stomp grapes, at my house the monsters stomp crackers (entire packages of crackers). How I did not know that this was going on, I really dont know! So the point of this story is that I really need a few more sets of eyes!

I freaked out the first time I put Brynn down and came back 15 seconds later and she was no where to be found. I thought someone had kidnapped her!!!! Girls are just naturally nosey!
this post is cracking me up because I can so relate to this!
Yesterday I was making some phone calls and came out of the office to find yogurt splattered all over the dining room floor and walls. Cononr's explanation? "I was saying GOW!" I'm glad his explanation is something totally made up.
Recently at my house unattended children have:
put my makeup on
peed and crawled around in it
made peanut butter crakers
put various gross things in mouth causing gagging and subsequent barfing
taken pictures and movies with the digital camera
hi Shauna...this picture is hysterical!!! I remember when Shannon was about 18 months old and was in the front yard with me crawling around while I planted flowers...all of a sudden he was nowhere to be found...he had gone into the garage and emptied an entire can of charcoal lighter on top of his head...of course the stuff is colorless,odorless and tasteless!!! He just looked up at me with those big brown eyes and smiled...just the beginning of years of great kid stories...we cant wait to see you...pat price
