Cotton Candy???

Posted by Shauna |

We were all a little cooped up this weekend with the weather being so aweful. But, it wasn't too bad. Mackenzie's sleepover on Friday was a success and Saturday&Sunday we just bummed around the house all day. We couldn't even work up the energy to get out to church in the cold weather. These pictures are a pretty good reflection of what the weekend was like.

Tonight, Mackenzie and Chase decided to diligently clean the laundry room for me. Kenzie has had this strange infatuation with cleaning lately - I am ok with it. Well, in my laundry room, I have a trash can that I throw away all of my lint from the dryer in. It is a full size trash can and I just don't empty it...ever. I really cannot remember when I put the trash bag in it but I know that I have never replaced it. It isn't really gross because the lint is clean. Anyway. As they were cleaning, Chase found this:

Which could easily be mistaken for this:

Which equals this:

It is really hard to get lint like that out of a kids mouth! It is so funny how "meltdown moments" at my house have become "WAIT, while Mommy grabs the camera moments!"

lol!!! My dad was the same way. We'd get hurt and he'd run for the video camera and ask us to re-enact it for a 911 video! lol
