Ok - I tried to post earlier and there was something wrong with the server - and I thought for a minute that maybe it was a sign from God and you didn't want to hear about what Chase did to the Washing Machine. So instead, I went to take another picture of Mackenzie and Chase eating lunch nicely together this afternoon in the extra bedroom. Here it is: Right before I took the picture, you may notice that Chase squeezed a package of ketchup on the floor...
So, I decided that this was God's way of telling me that it was ok for me to post another complaint about my 2.75 year old. I was on the phone with Fran today for about 4 minutes and I heard some pounding in the laundry room so I went in and found Chase banging on the washing machine. No big deal. We got off the phone and he was in there again. I opened the washing machine to find that Chase had emptied about 5-6 cups of laundry detergent in the running washing machine.
These are the bubble that were building up behind the washing machine. I feel like something off of Mr. Mom! Crazy! So, I am trying to decide if my kids are nuts, or if it is just me losing total control of my house, or if other mothers just keep these stories to themselves in trying to hold on to a small piece of their pride. Hmmm...

OH holy smokes I would be going crazy!! Good luck! (the ketchup thing would have put me over the edge!!!!!!!)
Oh wow, rm. I am just thankful that I only have 9 months until Connor is 4. 3 is about a million times worse than 2!
Hi Shauna,
No it is not just you! We all have those moments when the kids can seem to gang up on you, even when you are watching them like a hawk! Someday, times like these will become treasured stories that will be passed along like heirlooms. :o) My Dad used to say that "You spend the first few years teaching your children to walk & talk....and the rest of their lives telling them to sit down and be quiet!" :o) Hang in there, I promise you will be able to look back and smile in relief that you made it through without losing your mind!
I can't wait until we have a chance to swap stories in person!
lots of love,
Jan
