I had a funny thing happen to me last night and I am afraid it won't be the last time that this happens! I played Bunko with some of my girlfriends last night and on our way back to Flower Mound from Denton, we decided to stop at this little place called "The Jungle" to do a little dancing. I love to dance - I dont know if I can emphasize that enough - so despite the empty dance-floor, I was out there and so was Jann. Well, when I went to the restroom, this cute college girl said to me, "Are you Chase's mom?"
WHAT THE HECK????
Once I looked closely at her, I realized that she was one of Chase's old pre-school teachers!
But, it took me a little off guard at first.
And, I had this little "flashforward" of being THAT mom one day and people who are really friends with my kids coming up to me and asking if I am Chase's mom. My kids are going to hate me!
Oh well!
Today is a big day at my house - it is Kip's DRAFT PARTY for Fantasy Football 2006! I will try to get a few pictures because it is just a little funny to me that we are having a party at our house for this event! Football is officially taking over the Callaghan house today. Great!
