Multi-tasking

Posted by Shauna |

I am multi-tasking right now - blogging and watching my Thursday night shows! Are you proud of me, Staci??? :)

Chase Rundown:
I dont know if I shared this, but a few weeks ago, I took Chase in for a Speech Evaluation at the school district office. He couldnt pass the hearing section of the evaluation so he never even got to the speech portion. So - we wet to see our ENT a few days later for a little more accurate hearing evaluation - at that time - he had an Ear Infection which could have been the cause for him not being able to pass the hearing test. So - we did antibiotics for 10 days and had another Dr. appt yesterday - he still had the ear infection. So - we have another dose of antibiotics going and another ENT appt on Tuesday. At that time, Chase will probably be scheduled for another surgery for another set of tubes and to get his adenoids removed. I will keep you updated on that next week!

Everything else is good! Mackenzie and Macy are healthy - we are healthy - all is good. I have been to the gym for the past 3 days in a row - and I am going tomorrow and I am going to be skinny - and HOT.

My birthday is in a few weeks and we are having a big party on December 1st for anyone who wants to come! Should be a blast!

I'm so proud of you! Too bad about Chase. I remember when Caleb had tubes and is adenoids removed. I was really little (maybe 6 or 7?) and it really scared me for him to be in the hospital! I remembr them asking for prayers during church and I started crying. I think before that most of the people I knew that were in the hospital died!

Poor Chase, I hope he gets better so they can evaluate him!

My daughter had fluid in her ears and she couldn't hear b/c of it. She failed her hearing tests, too. I've been there. I've heard the adenoids surgery makes the biggest difference. I'll pray for him.
