We now have a sign in the front yard - we are on the market! It is kind of exciting and kind of stressful - ie: I have spent the entire evening compulsively cleaning like I did before my crazy meds. I just might need to double up for the next month or two or three.....ahhhhhh.....it could be forever....who knows!!!!
It is a really cute house - it has a lot of potential! And we all know how I like potential - I am thinking about doing mosaic tiles to cover that entire brick area around the fire place- how cool would that be! You know that even before we buy a house, I have about a million ideas of what I would do to it! So - we made an offer today. It is about $15,000 below the list price - but is actually a lot more accurate for where this house should be priced - so we will just have to see - it has been on the market for less than a week - so it is highly unlikely that they will accept it. Who knows - we could probably go up a little...we will just see...there is not a huge rush!
What else...I am on Mission Skinny again. I gained about 10lbs from my 20lbs lost back! What the heck!?! So - it is about that time - summer is on its way...
Ok - enough of this nonsense - I have a house to make beautiful and sell.... Oh oh oh ....we are having a garage sale next weekend for anyone in the area! We are going to have to get rid of LOTS of stuff because we are downsizing no matter what! So - COME ALL as we sell baby items, clothes galore, toys, bunk beds and dresser to match, a couch or two, a desk, tons of picture frames, a TV, file cabinet, coffee table, VCR player, Barbie car, a beautiful wine rack, some purses (cute ones), hmmmmm.....what else could I entice you people with??? Really - just come clean my house out please - whatever you want! :) JK!

How exciting! I love having garage sales. It's so fun to see someone else need your junk and make a little money off of it. I think we made over $500 at our last garage sale. It's great!
