I hope not! We had our inspection on the new house this morning and it went well. There were a few minor things here and there but nothing that is going to keep us from buying the house. We are going to try and negotiate them fixing a few things or giving us the allowance to do so. I took tons more pictures so you can see some cute things that are not in the other pics.
Here is the little landing area upstairs - Dont know what will go there. Maybe a little storage chest or something for the crap that will accumulate there.


This is a neat area that I didnt even remember was in the master bedroom. It is right between the room and the bathroom. Very cool. I could climb up there and jump on to the bed. Ok - maybe not.


Here is a better picture of my random room. It is not as random as I spend more time in there - I pictured it more narrow than it really is. It is going to be an office/catch all room.



This is the breakfast room that is between random room and kitchen - I love the windows that are open to the backyard so much! Oh - and best of all - we realized that the door to the backyard has blinds INSIDE the window....whoooo hoooo...no kids destroying blinds! That is actually the only window WITH blinds!!! No big deal though - there are so many trees out front that there is a lot of privacy - and I have lots of curtains. We have a huge window in our master bath that will definitely be getting a curtain!!!


Lastly - here is a picture of some of the trees out front as well as the inspectors car which really cracked me up because I thought there was going to be a gangsta inside when I walked in - but he wasnt...at all. Very random.
