Ok - we finally got a signed contract back on this wonderful home...and lets all pray that the inspection goes beautifully and it is a keeper! I love it so much - I am so glad that the last house fell through. God works in mysterious ways!! 
The backyard is huge! Bigger than the house before. We just might build a house for the kids in the backyard one day! I am so anxious to get this house thing done with. People always say that and I have never truly understood - it is a huge pain in the rear. This will be our first home to own for those of you know dont know the details. So - this is really exciting! Of course, the current Callaghan house has not sold yet...my parents own this house for those of your thinking - whats the big deal if you are renting it? - well - we still feel obligated to getting this house sold whether it is ours or not - we feel like it is ours. So - we had a positive showing today and I am just waiting to hear from Troy (our realtor) on a decision.
I also have tons more pics of the kids that I took today - we went to the park and played, fed the ducks and went to McD's for ice cream and playing in the warmth. It is freezing here today. I will post those later!
