I just got an email from our realtor and I think we are going to have our first offer on the house!! I am trying diligently to get in touch with my mom to tell her and her being a school teacher is not really helping much with that!!!!!! :)
We had a good weekend. Today is Jann's birthday so we went and had dinner on Saturday night. It was a lot of fun! Here is the only picture that I got from it. Hopefully she will have some more.
My mom was in town this weekend. It was so nice to see her and spend some time with her. Really - I think that Kip got to spend a little more time with her than I did because I had to work on Saturday. Oh well - they need there special time too!

We also got to go over to my grandparent's house on Friday. My grandpa let me steal some of this amazing tin out of his attic. It has been there for 30 years or so - he purchased it from some people that were clearing it out of F.Scott Fitzgerald's birth home. Here is a picture of his home in St. Paul, MN.
I am planning to clean up the tin quite a bit and make a message board center for my kitchen with it...and a chalkboard. I will definitely share the finished product when I am done. I think it is kind of a neat story.
Hmmmm...what else? I will keep you updated today with the house situation.
