Blah Blah Blog

Let's see. I have had this blog for 2-3 years now, I have never really written up an "About Me" post. So, this should be interesting. I feel like you all already know everything there is to know about me. Which just cant be the case, right?

So. here goes.

I am a 28 year old Sagittarius. Which makes me lean toward the friendly side. I am on the edge of being a Scorpio which I think makes me a little more serious and introverted than a lot of Sags. And that is all I really have on astrology.

I have 3 kids. Mackenzie is 7. Chase is 5. Macy is 3. They are an amazing handful.

My husband, Kip, is wonderful. We met while working at Razzoo's Cajun Cafe while we were both in college. It was LITERALLY love at first site. You can ask him. I was so hot standing at the coke dispenser. And he steamy pushing a keg of beer back to his bar. Grrrr....

I worked in the 'corporate' world for many years while I was having kids. I worked in the hotel industry during college. I sold copiers right out of college (ick). Then I got into the proprietary education business for about 6 years. I worked in college recruiting and I L.O.V.E.D. it.

BUT.

I have always had a huge conflict between working and being a mom. It was always an emotional battle for me. Being a mom finally won the battle.

I started staying at home with our kids about a year ago. And it is amazing. Oh, it is the hardest job that I have ever had. But it is oh so amazing.

I also have a blog design business. I love it. Go check it out and buy one. No really. You should go right now.

Anyhow - back to me.

I am so passionate about everything that I do. My faith in God takes the front seat to everything and allows me to have joy in every day of my life. Even the bad ones. I believe that Christ gives me peace that passes understanding. I hold onto that. And live every day by that.
