It all started on Monday night - I went over to a friend's house from church with about 6 of my girlfriends. She and her husband havent opted for kids yet so she has a kid-free house...blissful.
She made us chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches - then served it to us on real china with real silver spoons...blissful.
We sat talking at the dining room table until 10:30pm...tired...but blissful.
Yesterday morning, Courtney, my sister-in-law, calls and would like to take the kids from me for a few hours...out of the blue...amazing...blissful.
Go do one of my favorite things in the whole entire world: get a haircut...blissful. **I have before and after pictures on my camera - I know it is getting boring here with no pictures**
Come home and steam clean the couches...nasty.
Cook the BEST dinner EVER!!! Pulled pork in the crock pot - you need to check this out - get a packet of seasoning from McCormicks - sooooo good...husband, Courtney, and children all clean their plates...blissful.
Crawl in bed around 7:15pm...blissful.

Sounds wonderful, Shauna. I love how the little things are helping you find bliss. I'm with you. And 7:45pm is wonderful- I agree- and oh how we've grown up:)

I'm jealous...I need your secrets!
Hi, Shauna!
I got your message. I have come across you blog from Kelly's as well and enjoy reading about your family. You have a very cute little family! I didn't go to Duncanville HS. I'm from a small West Texas town called Coahoma. Do you happen to know anyone there? It would definitely be a small world if you did! Have a Great Day!
All of that sounds very blissful indeed! What is your weekend look like?
that sounds pretty amazing! I'm so jealous!
All of that DOES sound like bliss! I could eat the soup and grilled cheese this very minute.
