One thing that I forgot to mention is that Mackenzie has the sweetest little boy in her class. You may remember his Marriage proposal from the beginning of the year...well...here is his note to Kenz from this past week! Love it!

Hope you are all having a great weekend - Kip and I took the kids to Downtown Grapevine last night to walk around Main Street. Then we had dinner at Esparza's. Yum.
Today has been fun also. I have to brag on my husband a little. Kip spent the afternoon with some guys from church. They did some work for a lady from church. She suddenly lost her husband to a heart attack in December. She is young and they have 3 kiddos...so the guys went and did some man stuff around her house for her. I am so proud of my husband for having a such a big heart and finding so much joy in working hard to make someone's life a little easier.
I, on the other hand, didnt do a lick of hard work today. I have had some orders to get done on the computer. I had lunch with Fran and Macy - Macy had her first bout at Sushi...with chopsticks...she did great. I havent done any of the laundry on my couch, the other couches are made into a fort that will probably stay there until tomorrow...the bedrooms are a mess...Kenzie's bed doesnt even have sheets on it...floors need to be mopped as I spilled a full cup of coffee on them this morning...So - my house is a wreck. BUT...I took a shower this morning, got dressed, did my hair and even put some makeup on. So - as the sign on my wall says:
"Both of us can't look good at the same time...it's me or the house."
Ok - I need to finish this post - I didnt mean to spend 20 minutes blogging right now!
