So, I don't think I even had time to blog about this last week but Chase was icky-sick on Thursday night after our VBS Family Night at church.
5 Snowcones + 4 Bounce Houses + A small yet rapid train + 1(or 2) hot dogs * 100 degree weather = BARFING BABY BOY!
Well, all the sudden - he is throwing up again tonight! He ate a BUNCH of watermelon and that is what is showing itself again - but I just don't get it. None of the other kids are sick. Just him. I would hate to find out that with all of his other medical "issues"...he is allergic to water. :) Not really. I know that doesn't happen. It doesn't happen, right? I'm just sayin....snowcones (ice ie. water), watermelon (water in the melon). I am seeing a trend.
So - pray for him. We are going to be in the car with him for about 12 hours pretty soon and I am not feeling the barfing in the car!

I'm not allergic to water, but too much of it really makes me sick. I didn't know anyone else got sick on water.
Ok. This is random, but my husband gets sick anytime he is in the sun and eats/drinks anything with red coloring. Even tomatoes or watermelon. Gatorade, snowcone, candy... he either gets a rash or the throw up thing.

Emma had that happen to her once when she was 2. It was the heat with the food. Something kept triggering it a week or so at a time for about a month! Good luck and hope the baring subsides before your trip!
Watermelon is very difficult to digest, that is probably why it is coming up again and his tummy is tender from last nights lose of food. I am so sorry it is hard when they are little. BRAT diet only for 24 hours. My older son is allergic to everthing too, so I hear you there.
ugh He has the virus that is going around my kids had it last week. Just keep an eye on him make sure it is not hand foot and mouth that to is making its way around. YUCK. I hope he feels better.
