I bought a new camera yesterday because I couldnt stand it anymore. I have needed a new one for a long time but have been using the ghetto one just fine! I have to share this first picture of Macy because it is quite frightening. She is such a weird child!

This is the living room area, looking up toward the little loft area up stairs. That is a wet bar in between the columns. Classy. That will be removed.
This is looking in toward the kitchen. We are going to remove the cabinets hanging from the ceiling and open that up a little. We love that long bar area for the kids. You cant really tell how bad of shape the condition is in from this angle - but we will probably end up gutting it and putting in a new one. It is small enough that it shouldnt be too bad.

Roomate! Congrats on the house! That is SO exciting. I can't wait to see you work your Shauna Magic on that house. It's going to be amazing when you are done!
As for the room sharing, I would put Kenzie and Macy and make them a nice pretty room. Would Mackenzie go for that? I guess she is getting sort of older. Maybe just put your two hardest sleepers together.
I'll be praying that your house sells. I can't believe people don't like you painting-I think it's awesome! Well, maybe not the painting on the carpet, but the walls are all cool. :)

Shauna, we have friends who swear by the tradition of burying a small statue of Joseph UPSIDE DOWN in their front yard when they are trying to sell their house. I don't know if it requires being a Catholic or not, as both of the couples that used this were Catholic. It has become a standard comment to people who are trying to sell their house..."did you plant a Joseph in your front yard yet?" Might be worth a try.
